Love is in the air.

Lucio and Nancy are in love. Like Romeo and Juliet there is an obstacle to their love. Let me tell you about it. Yesterday in the early afternoon, Nancy, a young adult Howler, found a small hole in her enclosure, the one she shares with MonaLisa,Emma,Chilin and Eric. This was a very small hole and she must have spent a lot of time finding it. This shows her strong desire to be with her lover. She climbed through the hole and at once headed over the canopy, to Lucio's abode. She spent the rest of the afternoon dallying with him. He showd a great deal of interest in her with much poking out of the tongue and attention to her private parts. There can be no doubt that they would like to be together. This is surprising because Lucio is the alpha in a small group comprising of Monito and the female Jaco. Perhaps Jaco is still too young to engage his attention because whilst he is friendly with her, he has no particular interest in her. He certainly does like Nancy. The problem they face is this. Jaco and Monito have already shown opposition to the union. It would be so simple to allow Nancy to join his group but Jaco and Monito are against it. There is a possibility that they will back down in the face of Lucio's determination but it would be risky. On the other side Nancy's family will certainly miss her. She has been a member of that group since she came to us as a small baby. We do have a fine enclosure that is not in use. The problem is that it is very large and there is a hole in it somewhere. We have not been able to locate it. As you see from our photograph, Nancy is being serenaded on her balcony by her loved one. Over the next days we will be thinking of ways to bring these two together.

If Lucio were to leave this enclosure then Monito would become the leader of this group. He is growing fast and is physically younger but the same size as Lucio. Already he is showing alpha characteristics in occasionally challenging Lucio. We could be solving a problem that has yet to emerged.

El amor está en el aire.

Lucio y Nancy estan enamorados. Al igual que Romeo y Julieta no es un obstáculo su amor. Déjemen decirles al respecto. Ayer en la tarde, Nancy, una joven adulta aullador, encontró un pequeño agujero en su recinto, el que ella comparte con Monalisa, Emma, Chilin y Eric. Se trataba de un agujero muy pequeño y ella debe haber pasado mucho tiempo para encontrarlo. Esto demuestra su fuerte deseo de estar con su amante. Se metió por el agujero y al mismo tiempo se dirigió hacia la bóveda, a la morada de Lucio. Se pasó el resto de la tarde jugando con él. El mostro un gran interés en ella con muchas sacadas de la lengua y la atención a sus partes privadas. No puede haber ninguna duda de que les gustaría estar juntos. Esto es sorprendente porque Lucio es el alfa de un pequeño grupo compuesto de Monito y de la femenina Jaco. Tal vez Jaco es todavía demasiado joven para atraer su atención, porque mientras que él es amigo de ella, él no tiene ningún interés particular en ella. Sin duda le gusta Nancy. El problema que enfrentan es la siguiente. Jaco y Monito ya han mostrado su oposición a la unión. Sería tan simple para permitir a Nancy a unirse a su grupo, pero Jaco y Monito están en contra. Existe la posibilidad de que se de vuelta en la cara de la determinación de Lucio, pero sería arriesgado. En la familia del otro lado de Nancy por supuesto que la extrañaremos. Ha sido miembro de ese grupo desde que llegó a nosotros como una niña pequeña. El problema es que es muy grande y hay un agujero en alguna parte. No hemos podido localizarlo. Como pueden ver en nuestra fotografía, Nancy lleva la serenata en el balcón de su amado. Durante los próximos días vamos a estar pensando en la manera de colocar a estos dos juntos.

Si Lucio fuera a dejar este recinto, Monito luego se convertiría en el líder de este grupo. Él está creciendo rápidamente y está físicamente más joven, pero del mismo tamaño de Lucio. Ya se están mostrando las características alfa en ocasiones desafiantes de Lucio. Podría ser la solución de un problema que aún no ha surgido.
