The Donate button

If you look at the side panel you will see that I have been pounding out the story of the Monkeys of Canaote since 2006 on this blog. Of course our work here began long before that. In all some sixteen years. During that time we have made many friends. We have also been able to help a lot of monkeys. There is one curious thing. The 'Donate', button has never been used. I wonder why? Is it too mysterious? Is there a monster sitting on the other side, that will grab hold of you and steal all your money? Well of course not but it is imposing in some way. And it is a fact that it has never been used. For the brave and for the adventurous, what actually happens is that it takes you to your PayPal account. Where you can donate to our work. It is simple as that. Small or large you could donate as little as couple of dollars or make my day with a few million. Why not be the first. Give it a try. If it bites I will personally come and heal it for you.

El botón de donar

Si nos fijamos en el panel lateral, verá que he estado contando la historia de los monos de Cañaote desde 2006 en este blog. Por supuesto que nuestro trabajo aquí comenzó mucho antes. En total son unos dieciséis años. Durante ese tiempo hemos hecho muchos amigos. También hemos sido capaces de ayudar a un montón de monos. Hay una cosa curiosa. El 'Donar', es un botón que nunca  ha sido utilizado. Me pregunto por qué? ¿Es muy misterioso? ¿Hay un monstruo que se sienta en el otro lado, que creen que nosotros vamos a robar todo su dinero? Bueno, por supuesto que no, pero se impone de alguna manera. Y es un hecho que nunca se ha utilizado. Para los valientes y para los aventureros, lo que realmente sucede es que te lleva a tu cuenta de PayPal. ¿Dónde usted puede hacer una donación por nuestro trabajo?. Es tan simple como eso. Pequeño o grande usted podría donar por lo menos un par de dólares o me alegrarían el día con unos cuantos millones de dólares. ¿Por qué no ser el primero. Dale una oportunidad. Si te muerde yo personalmente vendré a curarte.
