When shall we three meet again?

First Witch
1 When shall we three meet again?
2 In thunder, lightning, or in rain?

Second Witch
3 When the hurlyburly's done,
4 When the battle's lost and won.

Third Witch
5 That will be ere the set of sun.

First Witch
6 Where the place?

Second Witch
Upon the heath.

Third Witch
7 There to meet with Macbeth.

I was fortunate to have 'Macbeth' as my schoolboy English Language subject. Possibly that is why those word frequently ring in my ears when I am with MonaLisa, Emma and Nancy. Here we have three eligible ladies. But here is a problem. They have yet to find a male who they fancy. Both MonaLisa and Emma get involved with bitter fighting whenever we attempt matchmaking and Nancy just joins in the melee.

Somehow they remind me of the three witches in Macbeth as they sit together. Roaring out the morning chorus.
